Legal framework to validate before opening

An operation offering a chance-based prize against a financial stake may fall under strictly regulated games of chance. Paid reservations, payments, draws and related commercial communications remain closed until the final rules, partners, mandatory information and applicable legal validations are completed.

  1. Step 1 - Create your account

    Free, 30 seconds, no commitment. You accept the conditions that apply to the MVP information service.

  2. Step 2 - Prize information

    From your personal space, you follow potential prizes and official announcements.

  3. Step 3 - Conditional opening

    Paid entry may only be offered after validation of the final rules and required partners.

  4. Step 4 - Entry confirmation

    If opening is validated, each confirmed entry will state the allocated numbers and draw date.

  5. Step 5 - Public draw

    If authorised, the draw will be supervised by the public officer or professional designated in the rules.

  6. Step 6 - Winner notification

    The winner is personally contacted within 24 hours.

  7. Step 7 - Notary appointment

    The notary, appointed and paid by the company, contacts the winner within 15 days. No notary fees for you.

  8. Step 8 - Signature and handover of keys

    Signing the deed of sale, handover of keys, official ownership.

No ancillary-fee promise before validation

Notary fees, registration duties, public-officer fees and file fees must be confirmed in the final rules before opening. The displayed price remains indicative: 100 euros.

Remaining for you after the handover: the classic charges of an owner (property tax, condominium fees where applicable, home insurance, utilities).

Right to withdraw

Before the draw: the exact terms will be set out in the final rules before any paid entry. No payment is currently open.

After the draw (winner): where applicable, rights linked to the property acquisition will be recalled in the deed and documents provided by the notary.

Prize not awarded

Cancellation, refund and non-award conditions will be set out in the final rules before any commercial opening.

MVP terms and draft rules

The conditions below govern free sign-up to the MVP and present draft rules. They must be completed and validated before any paid entry.

Article 1 - Object

Definition of the free MVP sign-up conditions and presentation of the intended flow, without opening a paid game.

Article 2 - Organiser

La Maison a 100 Euros, registered at Companies House under number [TBD]. Branch or local representative information must be completed before commercial opening.

Article 3 - Participation

Reserved to natural persons aged 18 or over. The date of birth is requested at sign-up and ID may be required before any allocation.

Article 4 - Price and payment

No payment is open in the MVP. Any displayed price is indicative until the final rules are published.

Article 5 - Tickets

Ticket numbers may only be allocated after official opening and payment confirmation under the validated rules.

Article 6 - Draw

The draw may only take place after validation of the applicable framework and appointment of the professional supervising it.

Article 7 - Prize allocation

Any property allocation must be formalised by authentic deed before a notary, under the final conditions provided to the winner.

Article 8 - Withdrawal

Withdrawal and cancellation rights will be specified in the final rules before any paid entry.

Article 9 - Not awarded

Non-award and refund conditions will be published before commercial opening.

Article 10 - Guarantees

Mandatory diagnostics; hidden defects warranty (art. 1641 et seq. Civil Code); ten-year warranty if applicable.

Article 11 - Liability

The MVP is provided for information and free sign-up. Final commercial commitments must be confirmed before opening.

Article 13 - Intellectual property

Site elements protected. Reproduction forbidden without express authorisation.

Article 14 - Applicable law

The law applicable to the final rules must be confirmed before opening. Mandatory protections for consumers residing in the European Union remain preserved.
