Applicable law and jurisdiction
The site and its terms are governed by English law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, consumers residing in a Member State of the European Union benefit from the mandatory protective provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence (Rome I Regulation, art. 6). Disputes may be brought before the competent French courts of the consumer's place of residence.
Consumer mediation
